Note!
Booking fee of 120 € must be paid in beforehand.
Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 11.  Check-in most likely between 15-16 hours. Late arrival  40 € (after 18) and to be agreed with the owner.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed, no smoking.
And sorry but no bachelorette/bachelor parties.
